Information on every communication channel such as telephone calls, interview notes and Emails, are collected on the customer card. All communication history is displayed as a timeline, making it easy for everyone in the team to keep up-to-date with customer relations.
formrun has its own Email function, which allows you to send an Email to a customer without having to connect to your current Email address, prepare a new address or requiring complicated settings. Since the content of each mail is shared within the team, everyone can see who is handling the communication and what kind of response was sent, preventing oversights and overlapping correspondence.
