【About Nickname】

Nicknames that fall into any of the following categories cannot be accepted:

・Contain characters other than "alphanumeric characters and *certain symbols."
・Are general names (e.g., member names, fan names, emojis, person-related nouns, single characters, repeated identical characters, etc.)
・Any other names deemed unacceptable by the administration.

Additionally, the relevant sections will exclude messages or adjectives such as encouragement, congratulations, and expressions of affection.

The nickname form is solely for specifying the name, so please be aware of this limitation. Examples: "Fighting ◯◯!" or "Love ◯◯," etc.

【Nickname Policy】

If your chosen nickname violates our guidelines, we will send you an email requesting a change. If you do not comply with this request, we reserve the right to modify your nickname to an alphabetical version of your delivery name.
Following your purchase, if we are unable to confirm the submission of your nickname, we will send a separate reminder email.

【Defective or Incorrect Items】

In the event you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within seven days of delivery.
We will provide an exchange or refund only if we determine that a replacement or alternative item is warranted.
*We cannot exchange items showing signs of use within seven days.
Items purchased from third parties received as gifts, or second-hand items (including unused ones) are not eligible for exchange or refund.

・『ひらがな・カタカナ・漢字』は、申請を承ることができませんのでご注意ください。
・一般的な名称（メンバー名やファンネームのみ、顔文字、人称に関する名詞、
一文字のみ、同じ文字の連続など、汎用性のあるもの）
・その他、運営が認められないと判断したもの

【ニックネームポリシー】

ご記入頂いたニックネームがガイドラインに違反している場合、変更をお願いするメールをお送りいたします。本リクエストに従って頂けない場合、配送先氏名をアルファベット表記に置き換えてニックネームとして使用させていただきます。
ご購入後、ニックネームの提出を確認できない場合は、別途リマインダーメールをお送りいたします。

【交換・返金について】

不良品やご注文商品と異なる商品が届いた場合は、商品到着後7日以内にお問い合わせください。弊社にて良品もしくは代替品との交換に相当すると判断された場合のみ、交換または返金をさせて頂きます。
※商品到着後7日以内であっても、使用が認められる商品については交換いたしかねます。
※第三者からのご購入品やプレゼント品、未使用を含む中古品については交換・返金対象外となります。
