・When requesting illustrations, it would be helpful if you could include a link to a reference image in Google Drive or Docs in the inquiry section to save time.

・If this is difficult, you can attach it to the reply email.

・Please note that we cannot accept requests from those who do not agree to the [Terms] listed in the form.

<Commissions between individuals>

- After the rough sketch is confirmed, you will be asked to pay the fee in advance. After that, we will move on to the actual production.

- Payment methods are limited to via the commission site or PayPal.

- If there is no reply for more than 7 days, we will send you a reconfirmation message. If there is no reply after 7 days from the message, the request will be completed.

- In that case, refunds are not possible, and if you wish to resume the commission after that, a new fee will be charged.

- Works created within the commission can be published as our track record.

- In the case of short-term or express delivery, the fee will be 1.5 times the respective fee.

- If major revisions are required during the final confirmation after submission of the finished product, additional fees and delivery time extensions may be required.
