* All fees include Tax and Insurance. (Excess JPY50,000)
* Mileage Rules: An extra JPY10 per km will be charged if travel distance exceed 1,500km. When you rent a car more than 30 days, this rule starts at the beginning of every 30 days.
* Maintenance Service: A monthly inspection is required for long term rentals.
* Fuel Policy: Please return your rental car with a full tank of gas. (if not, JPY200 per liter will be charged)

＊走行距離15,000kmを超えると1キロ10円のチャージが発生します。レンタル開始日から30日おきに距離計算が開始します。
＊一カ月以上の長期レンタルの場合は月一回のメンテナンスが必要となります。（要予約）
＊返却時はガソリンは満タンでお願いします。当社でガソリンを入れる場合は1リットル200円を申し受けます。
＊軽トラの業務使用についてはレンタルをお断りする場合があります。

Our insurace is full cover but there is an "Excess of ￥50,000 in case of an accident.
There is "None-operation charg" if the car is unabele to use as rental car.
For your peace of mind, you can reduce these to ZERO risk by taking up above options.
Person who has got a driver's license less than one year, can not buy excess coverage and NOC coverage.
当社の提携保険補償は免責が5万円ですが、免責カバーを購入すると免責分を当社で負担いたします。
運転者の過失により車が営業利用できなくなった場合には、営業補償料（NOC）3万円～5万円を申し受けますが、NOCカバーを購入するとNOCが免除されます。
運転免許を取得して1年未満の方は免責カバーとNOCカバーを購入することはできません。

Please bring the following when you come to pick up the car.
1. Passport (if you are a tourist) or Residence card (if you live in Japan)
2. International driver's license

* If you use the driver's licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, Monaco, or Estonia, it is required to have a Japanese translation of the license.
* We can take USD cash for the rental fee if that's convenient for you.

------ Cancellation policy -------
A cancellation charge will be applied from 24 hours before the rental commencement time. This rate will be 50% of the car rental fee which is capped at JPY6,000. If you didn’t turn up without notifying us at the time of rental commencement then 100% cancellation charge will be applied.
