参加規約 Rules
・コンクール開催にあたりインターネット及び新聞、雑誌等の媒体の一切は、
　『バーゼル国際ジュニア音楽コンクール2025』に帰属してください。
・エントリーの受付は、エントリー申請フォームからお申し込みしてください。
・審査結果は必ずエントリー者が特設ホームページにて確認してください。
・審査員の講評はコンクール終了後、約1ヶ月後に電子メールにて受け取ることができます。
・審査員の講評は各部門により人数が異なりますので、ご了承ください。
・審査員の講評内容に対する疑問・異議にはお答え致しかねます。
・審査員は、都合により変更となる可能性もあります。
・賞金は弊社コンクールの規約を厳守し、賞金授与に該当する優秀な場合、上位入賞者へ賞金を授与致します。 但し、賞金総額から複数の入賞者へ分割し、授与いたします。
・賞金はコンクール終了後、2ヶ月以内に授与いたします。
・弊社が指定した上位入賞者の演奏は、第三者へ公開することがございます。
・開催期間中に指示なく動画の削除を行った場合、当該エントリー者は失格といたします。
・賞金授与後、指示なく動画の削除を行なった場合、当該受賞者は、賞金を返還し、
　かつ賞の剥奪となります。
・賞金授与後、弊社に対する名誉毀損に値する言動行動が発覚した際、賞金を返還し、
　当該エントリー者の賞を剥奪いたします。
・年齢・学歴等の詐称が発覚した場合、賞の剥奪といたします。
・エントリー者の個人情報は、厳正に実行委員会にて管理いたします。
・不可抗力（天災地変・戦争・内乱）等、実施不可能な場合は中止することができます。その際は、
手数料を引いた参加料金を返金いたします。
・世界情勢により、エントリー期間が延期になる場合がございます。
・世界情勢により、規約の変更を余儀なくされた場合、弊社は規約の変更を有する権利を持ちます。
・エントリー者によるお申し込み後は、原則参加料金の返金は受け付けいたしません。
・採点方法、弊社の定めた賞金等の問い合わせに関する異議は、一切受け付けいたしません。

Rules for Participation
・All media, including internet, newspapers, magazines, etc., relating to the competition belong to the Basel International Junior Music Competition 2025.

・Please apply through the entry application form to submit your entry.

・Entrants must check the results of the judging on the special website.

・The judges' comments will be sent to you by email approximately one month after the competition.

・Please note that the number of judges' comments varies depending on the category.

・We cannot answer any questions or objections regarding the judges' comments.

・The judges may be changed due to circumstances.

・Prize money will be awarded to the top prize winners in strict compliance with the rules of our competition, and if the winners are deemed to be eligible, the prize money will be awarded to them. However, the total prize money will be divided and awarded to multiple winners.

・Prize money will be awarded within two months of the competition.

・The performances of the top prize winners designated by our company may be made public to third parties.

・If an entrant deletes a video without instructions during the event period, the entrant will be disqualified.
・If a winner deletes a video without instructions after the prize has been awarded, the entrant will have to return the prize and have their prize revoked.
・If any defamatory words or actions against our company are discovered after the prize has been awarded, the prize will be returned and the entrant's prize will be revoked.
・If it is discovered that an entrant has misrepresented their age, educational background, etc., their prize will be revoked.
・The personal information of entrants will be managed strictly by the executive committee.
・The event may be canceled due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, civil unrest, etc.). In that case, the entry fee minus a processing fee will be refunded.
・The entry period may be postponed due to global circumstances.
・If the terms and conditions must be changed due to global circumstances, our company reserves the right to change them.
・In principle, entry fees will not be refunded after an entrant has applied.
・We will not accept any objections regarding the scoring method, the prize money set by our company, etc.
