The final round will be held on Sunday, March 23, 2025 at the ONGAKU NO TOMO HALL in TOKYO. The final concert will start at 12:30, end around 17:30 in the evening, and the award ceremony will start around 18:30-19:00. Complete removal will take place at 20:00. Please allow plenty of time for your preparation, and allow for slight changes in the schedule, usually around 30 minutes.The timetable will be announced at a later date. Please wait for a while.
ファイナルラウンドは2025年3月23日(日曜日)、音楽の友ホールにて開催いたします。ファイナルの演奏会は12:30スタート、夕方17:30ごろ演奏会終了、18:30-19:00ごろから授与式スタート、20時完全撤収。多少30分前後スケジュールの変動も考慮して、余裕を持ちご準備ください。タイムテーブルは後日発表致します。
伴奏者について：ファイナルラウンドの伴奏者を弊社に依頼されますか？
Regarding the accompanist:Would you like to request an accompanist from our company for the final round?

Accompanists
・Final contestants(foreigner) from overseas will be provided with accompanists from our company. (Accompaniment pianist with extensive experience in international music competitions)
・Dates for accompaniment rehearsal (March 22, 2025 at Salon Vela (Near Ikebukuro Station in Tokyo)Scheduled to run from around 13:00 to 18:00. Rehearsals with pianists will be 55 minutes each.
・Applies to the relevant person only.
・If an accompanist is brought along, our company will not cover the cost of accompaniment.

伴奏者について
・海外からのファイナル進出者には、弊社より伴奏者が提供されます。
・伴奏リハーサルの日程（2025年3月22日、サロン・ヴェーラ 要町 池袋駅より近く）ピアニストとの合わせは各55分、13:00-18:00の間に予定しております。
・該当者のみが対象です。
・伴奏者を自身で連れてくる場合、弊社は伴奏費用を負担いたしません。
・関東(地方）にお住まいで伴奏者を希望される場合は、弊社よりご紹介が可能です（16,000円、演奏料込み）。

Visa
・Finalists must obtain their own visa for their visit.
・If you are a country that requires a visa, please apply for a visa as soon as possible.
・If a letter of invitation or other documents are required for visa application, the contestant must contact the secretariat.

・ファイナル出場者は来日に必要なビザを取得する必要があります。

Regarding travel and transportation coverage for final contestants
・Final contestants(foreigner) from overseas: 50,000JPY for Asia, 100,000JPY for non-Asia regions (＊Coverage amount is determined by nationality)
・Japanese contestants living overseas: 25,000JPY for Asia, 50,000JPY for non-Asia regions
・Applies to the relevant person only.
・In principle, travel and transportation coverage will be paid in JapaneseJPY by the secretariat after the performance at the final round
・Chamber music is counted as one group.

ファイナル出場者の旅費交通費補助について
・海外からのファイナル出場者　アジア地域 50,000円、アジア以外の地域 100,000円
・海外在住の日本人出場者　アジア地域 25,000円、アジア以外の地域 50,000円
・原則的に旅費交通費の補助は、ファイナルにて演奏後、事務局より日本円にて支払われます。
・該当者に限ります。
・室内楽はワングループとしてカウントします。

宿泊の補助
・日本在住の遠方者（関東圏外の居住者)は、　弊社指定の都内宿泊先に限り、3/22 - 3/24 2泊3日 宿泊費を補助いたします。＊該当者に限ります。

参加規約

媒体について
・コンクール開催にあたり、エントリー者は、インターネット、新聞、雑誌、SNS等の一切は、バーゼル国際音楽新人オーディション2025 in Asia に帰属してください。

ビザについて
・ファイナル出場者は来日に必要なビザを取得する必要があります。
・ビザ申請に招待状やその他の書類が必要な場合は、出場者は事務局に連絡する必要があります。

結果
・エントリー者自ら、弊社のホームページにて確認してください。

賞金について
・賞金の授与は　弊社コンクールの規約に厳守したものに限り、授与いたします。
・賞金は弊社コンクールの規約を厳守し、賞金授与に該当する優秀な場合、上位入賞者へ賞金を授与致します。但し、賞金総額から複数の入賞者へ分割し、授与いたします。
・授与式に出席しない入賞者へは、賞金を授与いたしません。

動画について
・弊社が選出した入賞者の中で、YouTube動画を限定公開から公開設定にしてください。

不可抗力について
・やもえなくファイナル開催日に不可抗力による天災等が起きた際、ファイナル審査をオンライン審査へ切り替える場合がございます。

ルールの変更について
・やもえず、審査員の都合により、審査員の変更がございます。
・エントリー人数によっては、講評の数が異なる場合がございます。
・世界情勢により、規約の変更を余儀なくされた場合、バーゼル国際音楽新人オーディション2025 in Asia 実行委員会は、規約変更の権利を持ちます。
・変更が生じた際は、弊社ホームページにて発表いたします。

ルール違反について
・審査方法に対する疑問や異議には、一切応じません。
・身分証明書の偽造、または虚偽が発覚した場合、賞の剥奪及び、法的な措置を取り、賞金返還を求めます。
・弊社の名誉を毀損する言動・行動が発覚した際も、賞の剥奪及び法的な措置を取り、賞金返還を求めます。

経費について
・コンクールへ参加する諸経費（通信費、録画代、伴奏代、交通費、宿泊費 etc…）は自己負担となります。ただし、ファイナル出場者の旅費交通費、宿泊費の補助、伴奏者の手配に該当するものに限り、上記の通り補助いたします。

保険について
・コンクール開催期間中に発生した病気、怪我、その他の過失については、実行委員会は補償しません。必要な場合、各自の責任において保険等へ加入してください。

・The copyright of all content regarding the competition published on the internet, newspapers, magazines and other media belongs to “Basel International Music Newcomer Audition 2025 in Asia’’

Visa
・Finalists must obtain the necessary visa for their visit.
・If a letter of invitation or other documents are required for visa application, the contestant must contact the secretariat.

Results
・The results must be confirmed individually by the contestants on our website.

Prize money
・Prize money will be awarded to the top prize winners in strict compliance with the rules of our competition, and if the winners are deemed to be eligible, the prize money will be awarded to them. However, the total prize money will be divided and awarded to multiple winners.
・Prizes will only be awarded if the contestants strictly adhere to the rules of our competition.
・Prize money will not be awarded to winners who do not attend the award ceremony.

Videos
・Please change the settings of the winning videos selected by our company from private to public.


Force Majeure
・In the event of a force majeure such as a natural disaster occurring on the day of the final, the final judging may be switched to an online judging.


Rule changes
・The Judges may change due to their circumstances.
・If there are more entry applications than expected. The number of Feedback will be diffrent.
・If changes to the rules are unavoidable due to global circumstances, the Organizing Committee of the Basel International Music Newcomer Audition 2025 in Asia reserves the right to change the rules.

Violations of the rules
・No questions or objections regarding the judging methods will be entertained.
・If forged or false identification is discovered, prizes will be revoked, legal action will be taken, and prize money will be returned.
・If any words or actions that defame our company are discovered, prizes will be revoked, legal action will be taken, and prize money will be returned.

About Expenses
・All expenses for participation in the Audition (communication, recording, accompaniment, transportation, accommodation, etc...) are to be borne by the contestant.

Insurance
・The organizing committee will not provide compensation for any illness, injury, or other incidents that occur during the competition period. If necessary, please arrange for insurance at your own responsibility.
