Participation Rules

•All media rights (internet, newspapers, magazines) related to the competition belong to the Basel International Online Music Competition.
•Results must be checked on the official website by participants.
•Written evaluations will be sent via email approximately one month after the competition.
•The jury panel and number of judges may change based on availability.
•Grand Prize and Second Prize winners must participate in the festival—otherwise, prize money will not be awarded.
•Competition organizers will select performers for festival invitations.
•Prize money will be transferred within two months after the competition.
•Prize money distribution follows the competition’s internal regulations and may be divided among multiple winners.
●Conditions for prize money: Only entries judged by the Executive Committee to be excellent and worthy of winning a prize will be eligible.賞金の条件：実行委員会が優秀かつ賞に値すると判断した作品のみ対象となります。
•The top winners’ performances may be publicly shared.
•Deleting a video without permission during the competition period will result in disqualification.
•Deleting a video after receiving prize money may lead to prize revocation and repayment.
•Providing false information (age, education, etc.) will result in disqualification.
•No refunds for entry fees under any circumstances.
•Any defamation of the competition will result in appropriate legal action.
•All decisions made by the competition are final.

• 本コンクールに関連するすべてのメディア権利（インターネット、新聞、雑誌など）は、バーゼル国際オンライン音楽コンクールに帰属します。
• 参加者は、公式ウェブサイトで結果を確認する必要があります。
• 審査講評は、コンクール終了後約1か月以内にメールで送付されます。
• 審査員の構成や人数は、状況により変更される場合があります。
• グランプリおよびセカンドプライズの受賞者は、指定のフェスティバルに参加しなければなりません。参加しない場合、賞金は授与されません。
• フェスティバルへの出演者は、主催者が選定します。
• 賞金は、コンクール終了後2か月以内に振り込まれます。
• 賞金の分配は、本コンクールの内部規定に基づき、複数の受賞者に分割される場合があります。
• 賞金の条件：実行委員会が優秀かつ賞に値すると判断した作品のみ対象となります。
• 受賞者の演奏は、公開される場合があります。
• コンクール期間中に許可なく動画を削除した場合、失格となります。
• 賞金受領後に動画を削除した場合、賞の取り消しおよび賞金の返還を求められることがあります。
• 年齢、学歴などの虚偽申告が発覚した場合は、失格となります。
• いかなる理由においても、参加費の返金は行いません。
• 本コンクールに対する誹謗中傷行為には、法的措置を講じる場合があります。
• コンクール運営側の決定は最終決定であり、異議申し立ては受け付けません。
