参加規約
媒体について
・コンクール開催にあたり、エントリー者は、インターネット、新聞、雑誌、SNS等の一切は、「バーゼル国際音楽新人オーディション2025 in Asia」 に帰属してください。

ビザについて
・ファイナル出場者は来日に必要なビザを取得する必要があります。
・ビザ申請に招待状やその他の書類が必要な場合は、出場者は事務局に連絡する必要があります。

結果
・エントリー者自ら、弊社のホームページにて確認してください。

賞金について
賞金は弊社コンクールの規約を厳守し、賞金授与に該当する優秀な場合、上位入賞者へ賞金を授与致します。但し、賞金総額から複数の入賞者へ分割し、授与いたします。 
・賞金の授与は　弊社コンクールの規約に厳守したものに限り、授与いたします。
・授与式に出席しない入賞者へは、賞金を授与いたしません。

動画について
・弊社が選出した入賞者の中で、YouTube動画を限定公開から公開設定にしてください。

不可抗力について
・やもえなくファイナル開催日に不可抗力による天災等が起きた際、ファイナル審査をオンライン審査へ切り替える場合がございます。

ルールの変更について
・やもえず、審査員の都合により、審査員の変更がございます。
・エントリー人数によっては、講評の数が異なる場合がございます。
・世界情勢により、規約の変更を余儀なくされた場合、「バーゼル国際音楽新人オーディション 2025 in Asia 」は、規約変更の権利を持ちます。
・変更が生じた際は、弊社ホームページにて発表いたします。

ルール違反について
・審査方法に対する疑問や異議には、一切応じません。
・身分証明書の偽造、または虚偽が発覚した場合、賞の剥奪及び、法的な措置を取り、賞金返還を求めます。
・弊社の名誉を毀損する言動/行動が発覚した際も、賞の剥奪及び法的な措置を取り、賞金返還を求めます。

経費について
・オーディションへ参加する諸経費（通信費、録画代、伴奏代、交通費、宿泊費 etc…）は自己負担となります。ただし、ファイナル出場者の旅費交通費、宿泊費の補助、伴奏者の手配に該当するものに限り、上記の通り補助いたします。

当ホールは駐車場はございませんので、公共の交通機関をご利用のうえ、ご来場ください。

Terms
The copyright
・The copyright of all content regarding the competition published on the internet, newspapers, magazines and other media belongs to “Basel International Music Newcomer Audition 2025 in Asia’’

Visa
・Finalists must obtain the necessary visa for their visit.
・If a letter of invitation or other documents are required for visa application, the contestant must contact the secretariat.

Results
・The results must be confirmed individually by the contestants on our website.

Prize money
・Prize money will be awarded to the top prize winners in strict compliance with the rules of our competition, and if the winners are deemed to be eligible, the prize money will be awarded to them. However, the total prize money will be divided and awarded to multiple winners.
・Prizes will only be awarded if the contestants strictly adhere to the rules of our competition.
・Prize money will not be awarded to winners who do not attend the award ceremony.

Videos
・Please change the settings of the winning videos selected by our company from private to public.


Force Majeure
・In the event of a force majeure such as a natural disaster occurring on the day of the final, the final judging may be switched to an online judging.


Rule changes
・The Judges may change due to their circumstances.
・If there are more entry applications than expected. The number of Feedback will be diffrent.
・If changes to the rules are unavoidable due to global circumstances, the Organizing Committee of the Basel International Music Newcomer Audition 2025 in Asia reserves the right to change the rules.

Violations of the rules
・No questions or objections regarding the judging methods will be entertained.
・If forged or false identification is discovered, prizes will be revoked, legal action will be taken, and prize money will be returned.
・If any words or actions that defame our company are discovered, prizes will be revoked, legal action will be taken, and prize money will be returned.

About Expenses
・All expenses for participation in the Audition (communication, recording, accompaniment, transportation, accommodation, etc...) are to be borne by the contestant.
