To register for the excursion and banquet, you need to complete the conference registration. Please complete your registration from your My page.

●Excursion
Departure time: 11:30

We provide a bus tour starting from the conference venue (B-con Plaza) to the sightseeing spots and returning to Beppu station. Two courses are available, 
Course 1: Beppu Jigoku Meguri and Course 2: Usa Shrine. The fee includes the bus trip, entrance fees, and a lunch box.

Course 1：Beppu Jigoku Meguri
Beppu “Jigoku Meguri (The Hell Tour)” offers views of various geothermal phenomena such as colorful hot spring ponds, boiling geysers and steaming mud gushing out from the ground. On this tour, you will truly feel the energy of earth.

Course 2: Usa Shrine
Usa shrine is the head shrine of all Hachiman Shrines in Japan.

* The two excursion courses are scheduled on the same day and time, so please select only one of them if you wish to participate.

3月31日までにお申し出のあった場合は、返金手数料を除いた額を返金致します。それ以降の返金はお受けできません。
If the request is received by 31 March, the refund will be made minus a transaction fees. No refunds will be made for cancellation requests received after that date.

The two excursion courses are scheduled on the same day and time. 
Before confirming your registration, please make sure that you have selected only one excursion option. 
If you accidentally selected both excursions, you will receive a notice from the secretariat. Refunds will be made (minus a cancellation fee) for accidental bookings up until 31 March, but please note that we cannot provide refunds for cancellations made after that date.
