przyglaając oferty pracy na rynku natknęłam się z ciekawości na stanowisko Asystent Recepcji.
Wg mnie praca na recepcji już jest na samym początku skomplikowanego łańcucha, a tu proszę można posunąć się jeszcxze ystent recepcji.
czytam obowiazki i wymagania, oczywiście.. wyższe wykształcenie i komunikatywny angielski.
powiem jedno, firmy przeginają i to ostro. by parzyć kawę, otworzyć nożykiem kopertę i włożyć ją do odpowiedniej skrytki nie trzeba mieć bardzo rozwiniętego mózgu.. być Asystentką w korporacji trzeba mieć kilkuletnie doświadczenie. Asystentką kilka lat?? czy to możliwe dla ambitnej osoby??
zależy o jaką ambicję Ci chodzi.
Moja ambicja idzie w kierunku założenia własnej firmy a nie bycia asystentką. Asystent... wolę już nazywać się pracownik biurowy.

Firmy wymyślają takie stanowiska po to, aby stworzyć "wrażenie" ścieżki kariery w pracy w sekretariacie. Asystent recepcji-Recepcjonistka-Starsza Recepcjonistka-Kierownik recepcji itd. Możesz więc pracować na recepcji i robić to samo, ale co pół roku zmieniają Ci nazwę stanowiska i masz "wrażenie" awansu.
Nie wiem, czy w przypadku ogłoszenia, o którym pisałaś Aniu, chodziło o to co powyżej, ale też uważam, że to lekkie przegięcie. Firmy łudzą się, że dzięki temu zatrzymają pracownika na dłużej /znam recepcje, na których pełna rotacja pracowników trwa 2-3 miesiące/. Ale to tylko złudzenia, bo młode ambitne osoby długo się na to nabrac nie dadzą.

KOleżanka z Agencji rekrutacyjnej ostatnio mi powiedziała, że gdy szukają osób na stanowiska asystenckie to nie szukają osób ambitnych. no bo kazda firma chce zatrzymać pracownika na conajmneij kilka lat. osoba ambitna będzie chciała więcej od życia niż to co ma do zaoferowania praca Asystentki.
na golden line aż roi się od dziewczyn z mgr, studiami podyplomowymi, 2 językami i kilka lat wykonuja tą samą robotę Asystentki oczywiście pną się do góry i do coraz większych firm.
Nie oszukujmy się praca asystentki jest zawsze taka sama, plus minus więcej raportów, bieganiny itp.
jak czytam dziewczyny mówią że są prawą ręką szefa, bez nich firma by upadła. Asystentki są tylko pomocą, bez nich każdy by sobie dał radę, a już mówienie że firma upadnie.. :)
Poczucie, że jesteśmy niezastąpione pomaga się dowartościować! I daje poczucie stabilności zatrudnienia... ;>

i właśnie tego w firmach nie rozumiem że chcą zatrzymać pracownika na kilka lat, ale przecież jeśli ludzie są tak naprawdę dobrym nabytkiem, jakim się okazują, to tylko dobra firma będzie dawała szanse rozwoju i pójścia te ścieżki kariery które trwają po kilka aktuję to z dużym dystansem
coś w tym jednak jest... w jednej z firm, gdzie miałam nieprzyjemność pracować była taka, powiedzmy, asystentka zarządu. Już widzę przerażenie w oczach prezesa, gdy mówi, że odchodzi... prezes ani nie ma komputera, ani nie potrafi obsłużyć worda, nie ma czasu na bieganinę za klientem... Drugi dyrektor nie zna angielskiego, a komputer obsłużyć umie jeszcze mniej. Naprawdę się zdarza, że firma mogłaby mieć kryzys gdyby asystentka odeszła. Aczkolwiek faktem jest, że byłby to kryzys chwilowy:).

From this trailer alone im guessing the plot is that 'Cassandra' pretends to be drunk and the guys that try to take advantage of her because of it she kills/maims, because back in college she was kicked out/Left because she made a report that some guys took advantage of I'm guessing that 'Nina' maybe sister or friend? whoever it seems like she didn't go with her when they said they would take her home? and they didn't take action/brushed it off, and so she's targeting guys who do this and it leads up to her finding those guys again (maybe a reunion thing? and she targets them. Here's a plot point/twist I'm guessing might happen: Cassandra' was the one who was taken advantage of, and this main character we see is 'Nina' her twin sister, who's revenge killing people that acted like those guys in college because it led to her sister dying/suicide, so she's pretending to be her sister 'cassie' in their presence.
