這部影集有像The End of the F***ing World的黑色喜劇風格，也有像Stranger Things的黑暗神秘力量，要是你非常喜歡這兩部劇的話，這部影集絕對是你看劇的首選。喔喔喔還有要是你也很喜歡電影IT的話，也相當推薦喔！
這整部劇大多是利用內心旁白來推進整個故事，跟TEOTFW的風格非常像！而且一集都只有短短的二十分鐘一下就可以看完了。而劇中女主角Sydney就像是ST裡的Eleven一樣擁有超能力，只是Sydney不會流鼻血😂
這部劇的前半部劇情都很平，一直到最後兩集才開始有讓人意想不到的轉折。而這部戲果然跟TEOTFW一樣，絕對少不了全部都是血的畫面！老實說我覺得Sydney滿身都是血的時候看起來超像魔女嘉莉😂 ·

在影集的最開頭Sydney講了：Dear Diary, Go fuck yourself. 雖然在一開頭Sydney說她只是開玩笑的，但是到了最後一集Sydney卻是因為她的日記本而失控殺了人，這是一種很巧妙的呼應！
還有在最後一集的返校舞會Sydney跟Dina在跳舞，後來她們停下來互相對望的時候我真的超怕她們兩個親下去，我真的比較喜歡Sydney跟Stanley一對，跟Dina的話⋯⋯先不要😂 ·
