担当者からの「ご予約確定メール」により、ご予約確定となります。

♦遅刻、キャンセル
公式LINEまたはメール（hakatashitsugei@gmail.com）へご連絡をお願いします。

♦キャンセル料
ご予約時刻から15分以内にお越しにならない場合は、ノーショーキャンセルとなり、キャンセル料￥3,300をお支払いいただきます
キャンセル料のご請求は、ご登録いただいたメールアドレス宛にお送りします。

♦ご利用料のお支払い
ご使用いただけるお支払い方法は、現金、ペイ系タッチ決済、交通系IC、クレジットカード（VISA , Master , AMEXのみ）です。

♦Reservation Confirmation
Your reservation will be confirmed when you receive a "Reservation Confirmation Email" from our staff.

♦Lateness, cancellation
If you are late or have to cancel, please contact us via our official LINE or email.

♦Cancellation fee
If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your appointment will be considered a no-show and you will be charged a cancellation fee of 3,300 yen.
The cancellation fee will be invoiced to the email address you registered.

Accepted payment methods are cash, touch payment, transportation IC, and credit card (VISA, Master, AMEX only).
