寿庵は古い建物を利用した山小屋のような簡素な宿です。
旅館やホテルとは違い、快適性に欠ける点もございます。
夏場でもエアコンがございません。
暑い日もありますので、何卒、ご理解よろしくお願いいたします。
早く就寝、起床し山へ行く方が多いですので、
お部屋ではできるだけ静かに過ごしてください。
消灯時間は22時になります。
※22時以降は速やかに就寝願います。
徒歩圏内にコンビニ・スーパーありません。
食堂も昼の営業のみです。
夕飯、朝食、山での行動食はふもとでご用意ください。
※宿泊予約を送信された後、まずは自動返信メールが届きます。
その後、1日以内に寿庵のヤタより、メールが到着します。
予約完了と、宿周辺のご案内メールをお送りいたします。
忙しい時や、寿庵がお休みの日などは返信が遅れる場合もございます。
迷惑メールなどに振り分けられることがありますので、
２日以内に返信メールがない場合は必ず迷惑メールを確認、
または、メールが見当たらない場合は
電話にてご連絡いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

We are a small guesthouse run and managed by a single person.
There may be areas where we fall short, and we kindly ask for your understanding.

Before making a reservation, please carefully read about our facilities and location on the website.
For reservations on the day of your stay or the day before, please contact us by phone whenever possible.
Ju-an is a simple, mountain lodge-style accommodation in a renovated older building.
It is different from hotels or ryokan, and may lack in comfort and convenience.
There is no air conditioning, even during summer.
It can get hot, so we appreciate your understanding.
Many guests go to the mountains early in the morning and sleep early,
so we kindly ask that you remain quiet in your room.
Lights-out is at 10:00 PM.
Please go to bed promptly after 10:00 PM.
There are no convenience stores or supermarkets within walking distance.
Local restaurants are only open during the day.
Please prepare your dinner, breakfast, and any food for mountain activities in advance, down in the town.
After submitting your reservation, you will first receive an automatic reply.
Then, within one day, you will receive a follow-up email from Hiroko at Ju-an
with confirmation of your booking and information about the surrounding area.
During busy periods or on Ju-an’s days off, replies may be delayed.
Please be aware that emails may be sorted into your spam folder.
If you do not receive a reply within two days, please check your spam folder,
and if you still cannot find the message, contact us by phone.
After sending your reservation email, please wait for a moment until you receive an email from Daisen-guesthouse-Juan, I will send it within 1 to 2 days.
