※志願先の教員に必ずご自身で辞退の連絡をしてください。
<検定料返還対象期日>
4月~8月実施入試:7/31申請受付締切(9/30までに返還)
12月~3月実施入試:1/31申請受付締切(2/28までに返還)
<返金対象事由>
(1)入学検定料を納入したが、出願書類を提出しなかった場合。
(2)入学検定料を納入し、出願書類を提出したが受理されなかった場合。
(3)入学検定料を誤って二重もしくは過剰に納入した場合。
This form is for submitting a withdrawal request for those declining graduate school entrance exams. Please make sure to inform the professor you applied to personally about your decision to withdraw.
<Deadline for the request for refund of Admission Application Fee>
Entrance Exam held in April-August:Deadline of refund request July 31st (It will refund by September 30th)
Entrance Exam held in December-March:Deadline of refund request January 31st (It will refund by February 28th)
<Reasons for Refund Eligibility>
(1)If the applicant has paid the application fee but has not submitted the application document.
(2)If the application fee was paid and the application documents were submitted but not being accepted.
(3)If there is case of double or excessive payment of the application fee by mistake.
