■個人情報の取り扱いに関する規約
第1条 定義
｢個人情報｣とは、生存する個人に関する情報であって、次のいずれかに該当するものをいいます。

当社は個人情報取得時に明示した目的の範囲内でのみお客様の個人情報を利用いたします。また、事前に明示した利用目的と関連性を有すると合理的に認められる範囲内で変更する必要が生じた場合、個人情報を利用する以前に、お客様に対して通知するか、またはウェブサイト等にて公表いたします。なお、その関連性を有すると合理的に認められる範囲を超えてお客様の個人情報を新たな利用目的に利用する必要が生じた場合、改めてお客様のご同意をいただいたうえで利用させていただきます。新たな利用目的にご同意いただけない場合は、お客様の個人情報を当該目的のために利用することはございません。
第4条 未成年の個人情報

第6条 グループ内における個人情報の共同利用
お客様に明示した利用目的の範囲内で、次に示すとおり、お客様の個人情報を以下の共同利用者において共同して利用できるものとします。
1. 共同利用者の範囲
当社に加盟する会社およびそのフランチャイジー。
2. 利用目的

第7条 個人情報の委託

2. 海外の第三者への委託
外国にある事業者に委託する場合、個人情報保護委員会規則で定める国の事業者または個人情報保護委員会規則で定める基準に適合する体制等を有する事業者を選定し、厳格な個人情報保護の契約を締結することにより個人情報保護に必要な事項を義務付けるとともに、適切な監督を行います。
