Type of Matcha Required

1 Light Matcha includes two bowls of light /light-flavored Matcha with sweets
First bowl - ceremonially prepared by the tea host
Second bowl - each guest tries making him/her own bowl

2 Thick Matcha includes one bowl of thick/full-flavored Matcha

We sincerely hope to offer the authentic tea ceremony experience to all guests,
therefore for both options,
we begin with "Grinding Tencha - material for Matcha - in a stone mill experience.
Matcha is a powdered green tea and is made by griding Tencha in a stone mill.
